Online sessions are just like in-person appointments, except they are conducted using a secure video conferencing platform. After an initial free discussion to understand your needs, we’ll schedule our sessions to work on strategies to improve your experience. Online sessions allow for flexibility in scheduling and you can participate from your own home.

Our approach is extremely safe and a non-invasive treatment option. However, it’s essential to work with a certified and experienced practitioner, especially when dealing with more complex issues. Side effects can include mild disorientation immediately after the session, which usually resolves very quickly.

Coverage for our approach varies widely among health insurance providers. Some may cover a portion of the cost for complementary therapies, especially if medically referred. Check with your insurance provider to understand what is, and isn’t covered. We can provide you with a receipt to submit for potential reimbursement.

For individual sessions following the initial free discussion, we charge AU$180+10% GST (sales tax) for a total cost per session of AU$198. Significant discounts are available for multiple sessions and ongoing programs. You can discontinue or reschedule sessions if needed. Please contact us if cost is a limiting factor for you. Rebates available for medical referrals and approved mental health care plans.

We are physically based in Sydney, Australia and we can accommodate most clients regardless of location, either in-person or online to ensure that your sessions can be held at a time when we are both awake and available.
